Welcome to Xodet's Shop (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of xodetsshop.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state/province of residence, or you have permission from a parent/guardian.

2) Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion (including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues).

  • If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we will refund you.

3) Product Information

We aim to display product descriptions and photos as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors and appearance may vary depending on device/display.

  • Minor variations may occur, especially for handmade or made-to-order items.

Some items are made-to-order and may require additional processing time before shipment. Processing times are listed on product pages and/or at checkout.

4) Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are shown in $USD and may change without notice.

  • Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and purchase information.

5) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Please review our Shipping Policy for processing times, shipping methods, and estimated delivery timeframes.

  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the carrier (or as otherwise required by applicable law).

Address accuracy: You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we may charge additional shipping to resend it.

6) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Because some items are made-to-order, certain items may be final sale unless damaged/defective upon arrival. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

7) Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

  • Discount codes are subject to expiration and may be limited to one per order unless stated otherwise.

  • We may modify or cancel promotions at any time.

  • Gift card terms (if applicable) will be provided at the time of purchase.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including product photos, text, graphics, and branding—is owned by Xodet's Shop or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

9) User Content (Reviews, Comments, Photos)

If you submit content (e.g., reviews, comments, photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content in connection with our business (including marketing), unless prohibited by law.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or deceptive.

10) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with Site security or attempt unauthorized access

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so this may not apply to you.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xodet's Shop and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

In any event, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so this may not apply to you.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xodet's Shop from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16) Dispute Resolution (Optional)


Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at orders@xodetsshop.com to try to resolve the dispute informally.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
