Shipping Policy

Processing Time (Made-to-Order)

All items are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. During busy periods or limited edition product drops, processing may take a bit longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times (after your order ships):

  • United States: [2–5 business days]

  • International: [7–21 business days] (varies by country)

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or customs (for international orders).

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it—but the customer is responsible for the new shipping cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check:

  • Your mailbox/parcel locker

  • Building office/front desk

  • Neighbors/household members

If it’s still missing, contact the carrier first. If you need help, email us at orders@xodetsshop.com with your order confirmation # and we’ll do our best to assist.

We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

Because all items are made to order, all sales are finalwe do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection/variant chosen by the customer

  • Minor cosmetic differences that occur naturally during the making process

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Please email orders@xodetsshop.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A photo of the packaging (if damaged)

After review, we’ll offer one of the following:

  • A free replacement

  • A refund

  • A store credit (when appropriate)

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us ASAP at orders@xodetsshop.com

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as production hasn’t started

  • Once an order is in production or has shipped, it can’t be canceled

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
